I have made a mistake on my order. What should I do?
Before you complete your order, please check you have created your product with the right personalisation. Also check the recipient address is correct. If the address is not correct, head to your account where you can see the order, and edit the address. If it's the order itself you wish to edit, please get in touch as a matter of urgency as we will only be able to edit or cancel your order before it's printed. It would be best for you to give us a call - Contact Us

 

Which shipping method did I select? 

Orders are only sent by Tracked or DHL Express if you selected to buy this shipping option at the checkout stage. Please see our shipping page for Express delivery estimates.

If your order is sent by standard Tracked, please use your tracking code here. Please note that with Tracked, it can take up to 3 working days for your tracking code to be activated. 

 

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do? 
Head to your account page and check the 'Shipping status'.
If your order has shipped, it will arrive within the delivery window given on our shipping page.

Multiple items in an order will be dispatched separately so may arrive on different days.


- Please check the delivery address that you input is correct.
- If your item is still missing please contact us at hello@boomf.com with your order number and confirm the correct address

 

I haven't received an email confirming my order. Will I get one?
You will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes of placing your order, and a second email letting you know that your order has been shipped from our factory.

If you haven't received one, please check your spam or junk inbox.

Alternatively, it could be a typo when your account was set up. Get in touch and we'll help!

 

Can I change my images once I've placed my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend images once the order has been placed.

 

I accidentally left the billing address the same as the delivery address. What now?
Although required for payment processing, we don't store billing information so we can't update it. However, this won't affect the delivery of your Boomf.

 

How do I get a VAT receipt for my order? 
If you email us on hello@boomf.com we can get this sent over for you! We can only receipt invoices based on the information provided on the order
