Will the recipient know who sent the flowers?
That's entirely your decision! When your flowers are delivered to the lucky recipient, we will not print any of your details on the packaging or product. Therefore, if you would like to let them know who organised the surprise, you can add your name and your message onto the card which is delivered with your flowers!

Where do you deliver to?
We are currently offering our Flowers to be delivered within mainland England, Scotland and Wales but very much hope to branch this out in the near future!
Can you deliver to hospitals and business addresses?
We unfortunately are unable to offer a safe delivery of our Flowers to hospitals. Hospitals and their wards have varying rules on acceptance and even if they are safely delivered to the hospital, they are then sometimes unable to be delivered to the ward and to your special someone.
Business addresses are no problem at all though! However, please see our delivery times and make sure their offices are open throughout to ensure safe delivery on your chosen day.
Can you deliver to Hotels / Army bases?
Please check directly with the addressee first whether they accept these deliveries. We are currently only delivering to mainland England, Scotland and Wales though so they must be within these areas.
Can I select a specific delivery date?
Yes you can! You can pre-order and we will organise delivery for that specific date!
Can I track my order?
Yes you can! You can track your gift once you receive your dispatch confirmation on your delivery day. You'll receive a confirmation email from us which will likely be the evening before to confirm it's been sent, and then in addition you'll get an email with all your tracking information from Flower HQ so you can then click the link on your order confirmation, or here with your tracking reference:

How are my flowers packaged?
Standing Flowers - Your Bouquet of flowers arrive hand-tied and ready to proudly display in your loved ones homes! Inside a colourful Boomf gift box, we also have a small secured section which holds your personalised Boomf Cannon!
Letterbox Flowers - Your gift will arrive beautifully presented in our letterbox friendly gift box. Your personal message will be displayed on a greeting card inside designed by you! To ensure extra safety and protection for their journey, your gift box will arrive with a plain white sleeve around them. You can remove this without opening your surprise!
What happens if the recipient is not home when they are delivered?
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, Yodel will attempt to leave the flowers securely on their property. If that is not possible, they will try to leave the flowers with neighbours. Either way a card will be left at the recipient's address to inform them where the flowers have been left. In the event that we are not successful in being able to safely deliver these, the flowers will be returned back to Arena Flowers.
