Christmas Deliveries: Please note that deliveries to the EU and European countries in time for Christmas are not guaranteed.

Delivery times are estimates only and may experience delays beyond our control. Although we are doing everything possible to ensure there are no delays with your order being delivered within the given timeframe, on occasion, some countries' security and/or customs checks and/or postal companies may cause delays beyond our control. Please be advised that no refunds are issued as a result of such delays unless the order is lost or stolen. 

Customs Fees

Boomf takes all necessary precautions to provide local customs with all required information to facilitate the clearance of parcels. However, in rare instances, customs may halt the delivery of goods and impose local taxes, which may be required to release the goods. Please note that Boomf does not assume responsibility for any customs or tax levies imposed by local authorities. It is recommended that customers verify local regulations and requirements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations before placing an order with us.

EU Tracked Courier 

Average delivery time is 6 - 8 working days. However, for some countries and/or territories it may take more time.

You should receive an email or a text with the tracking link once your order is dispatched. If for any reason you have not received this information, please get in touch with us at [email protected] or message us via our online chat (Mon-Sun 9am - 5:30pm GMT/BST).

 *We do our very best to get your order out the same day if you order before 4pm (over 99.5% will be), but occasionally due to operational factors beyond our control your order will be dispatched the next business day. You will always receive an order dispatch confirmation email from us so you know the status of your order. We do our best to inform customers of any potential delays or issues, so please make sure to leave your up-to-date contact information.
