FedEx Standard Tracked

Tracked courier service. Average shipping time is 5 working days but in certain circumstances or specific locations it can take up to 10 working days.

You should receive an email or a text with the tracking link once your order is dispatched. If for any reason you have not received this information, please get in touch with us at [email protected] or message us via our online chat (Mon-Sun 9am - 5:30pm GMT/BST).

 *We do our very best to get your order out the same day if you order before 12pm EST (over 99.5% will be), but occasionally due to operational factors beyond our control your order will be dispatched the next business day. You will always receive an order dispatched confirmation email or text from us so you know the status of your order.
