When will marshmallows be back in stock?

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We have experienced various quality issues so we've taken the time to bring back the original quality of our Personalised Marshmallows. We are expecting for the marshmallows to be back in stock around mid-October 2023. An email notification will be sent to our email subscribers and we will also share the good news on our social media: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

How long do Boomf marshmallows stay fresh for?

In their packaging, 9-box marshmallows are good for 2 months whereas Mallowpops and 2-box marshmallows are in looser packaging so are good for 4-6 weeks. Once opened the marshmallows should be eaten within 3-5 days.

 How do I store the marshmallows?

Keep the marshmallows in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. No need to store in the fridge. We do not recommend sending marshmallows to particularly hot/humid regions or during hot weather (+30C and higher).

Are Boomf marshmallows suitable for vegetarians / are they Halal?

The marshmallows are not currently suitable for vegetarians and they do contain gelatine, which means they are not Halal. 

What flavour is a Boomf marshmallow?

We offer our classic vanilla flavour.

What kind of images can I upload?

• You can upload multiple images at once from your desktop / camera roll or our selection of designs for nearly all occasions. 
• Images with light backgrounds look great! Dark and cluttered backgrounds, not so great. Avoid blurry, unfocused ones with lots of black, especially on marshmallows! 
• Crowded images (images with many people or items) are more likely to look poor on a marshmallow. Please remember that we are printing on a food item, not paper, so the quality won't be as high. 
• Please refrain from uploading any image that could be considered pornographic, sexually explicit or references to hate crime, we will cancel these orders and they will not be processed. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details. 

What size & shape should my images be?

For our products, we would advise using square images - you can crop any image you upload on our site using our edit function. The images you upload should be between 500-1000px and under 5MB.
